Senior Research Scientist for Robotics Planning and Control /机器人规划与控制算法开发_CR

Job Description:
- Research and development of innovative Industry 4.0 robotics and automation concepts for Bosch plants in China and worldwide
- Research includes but is not limited to innovative concepts for robotic manipulation and human robot collaboration.
- Advanced development of automation use cases and systems, development of demonstrators and proof-of-concepts
- Application of use cases (robotics and automation) in Bosch plants in China and worldwide
- Cooperation with Bosch corporate research international team and business units worldwide for requirement analysis, evaluate market of new concepts, key technology development, and knowledge transfer for commercialization
- Scouting, identification and tracking of new trends and emerging technologies of robotics in China, derive impacts on Bosch research strategy and identify key partners
- Collaborate with Chinese research institutes and participate in / lead joint projects

Qualifications:
- Excellent master degree, ideally PhD, in the field of robotics, control engineering, mechatronics engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, or related
- Excellent R&D experiences, deep and up-to-date knowhow in at least one of the following fields of robotics and automation, including, motion and force control, motion planning, visual servoing, etc.
- Experience of learning-based methods is a plus, such as, deep learning, deep reinforcement learning, etc.
- Practical hands-on experience in factory automation projects and good programming skills, such as, C/C++, Python, C#, Matlab, etc.;
- Good knowledge and developing experience in cross platforms of Windows and Linux, ROS, popular development IDEs;
- Familiar with at least one of the major market brands of industrial manipulators, such as, FANUC, ABB, YASKAWA, KUKA, UR, etc.
- Initiative and ability to lead research projects and implementation of research results in industrial environment
- Strong team player with high motivation, self-driving, and efficient working style
- International experience is a plus
- Passion for innovation & entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written)

Research Engineer for 3D Computer Vision /3D计算机视觉研发工程师_CR

Job Description:
- Research and development of innovative 3D computer vision/perception algorithms such as deep learning based detection, semantic segmentation, points cloud processing based on 3D cameras for robotics and other fields
- Research and development of innovative computer vision algorithms in the domain of Industry 4.0 applications for Bosch plants in China and worldwide
- Participate in the design and development of the perception pipeline
- Application of computer vision assisted use cases in Bosch plants in China and worldwide
- Cooperation with Bosch corporate research international team and business units worldwide for requirement analysis, evaluate market of new concepts, key technology development, and knowledge transfer for commercialization
- Scouting, identification and tracking of new trends and emerging technologies of robotics in China, derive impacts on Bosch research strategy and identify key partners
- Collaborate with leading Chinese research institutes and participate in / lead joint projects

Qualifications:
- Excellent bachelor degree, ideally master degree, in the field of computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, artificial intelligence, or related
- Strong knowledge in 3D computer vision and 2D computer vision, such as deep learning based object detection, semantic segmentation, depth-estimation based on 3D cameras
- Familiarity with vision libraries such as OpenCV, PCL (Point Cloud Library), or HALCON
- Proficiency and practical experiences in ROS, C/C++, Python, Pytorch/Tensorflow and developing in Linux
- Familiarity with industrial 3D cameras, e.g. Zivid, LUCID, Photoneo is a plus
- Good knowledge and developing experience in cross platforms of Windows and Linux, ROS, popular development IDEs;
- Initiative and ability to lead research projects and implementation of research results in industrial environment
- Strong team player with high motivation, self-driving, and efficient working style
