2021 年 11 月 25 日 20：36，Polkadot 网络第二次平行链插槽 Auction 结束。经过 3 小时左右的“摇骰子”，在 23：36，Moonbeam 以锁定 35,759,900 DOT 赢得 Polkadot 第二次平行链插槽 Auction。

Polkdot 第三次 Auction 在 11 月 26 日凌晨 2：38 启动。目前在所有活跃的 Crowdloan 活动中，Astar 收集的 DOT 最多！排在后面的还有 Parallel、Clover、Manta、Efinity 和 Litentry。了解更多：

截止发文，已经有两个平行链（Acala、Moonbeam）获得 Polkadot 的插槽，目前包括已经完成的和正在进行的 Crowdloan，一共有 96,542,400 DOT 被锁定，占总量 8.4%。

请注意，第一批 Auction 的所有 5 个获胜者都将在国内时间 2021 年 12 月 18 日凌晨 4：00 左右统一接入 Polkadot 中继链，并以平行链的方式开始出块！

Kusama

2021 年 11 月 23 日凌晨 5：20 左右 Kusama 的第 15 个平行链插槽 Auction 结束！Genshiro 以锁定 47,425 个 KSM 赢得了 Kusama 的第 15 个平行链插槽，租期范围是 Lease 17 - Lease 24。

Kusama 网络的 Lease 17 在区块高度 #10_281_600，也就是 11 月 28 日早上 06：06 开始，这意味着在 Lease 16 中赢得插槽的 4 个获胜者全部接入了 Kusama 中继链。截止发文，已有 16 个平行链接入到 Kusama 网络！

一个小时后，也就是在 07：06，Kusama 的第四批插槽 Auction 正式开始。目前 Kusama 网络已开启第 16 次插槽 Auction。跟之前一样，在 Lease 18 中每周会进行一次 Auction，一共有 5 次 Auction。

另外，之前所有竞拍 Lease 17 - Lease 24 的 Crowdloan 也在 11 月 28 日早上 06：06 结束。失败的 Crowdloan 会将 KSM 返还给贡献者。

Kusama 的 155 号公投投票失败，改议案提议将活跃的验证人数量从 1000 人减少到 850 人。https://kusama.polkassembly.io/referendum/155
